Discover Your True Colors ® !
Valuing Differences- Creating Unity
About True Colors®
Based on the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator and the work of Dr. David Keirsey, True Colors offers a research-based approach to understanding human behavior and motivation. True Colors uses a metaphor of colors (Orange, Gold, Green, and Blue) to identify four distinct perspectives and personalities. The significance you give each of the four True Colors constitutes the balance within your character spectrum. Knowing your primary and secondary “colors” will provide you clues to the basis of your self-esteem, your strengths, joys, needs, and the sources of your stress and frustration.

Organization & Corporate Consulting and Coaching.
The best leaders know that high-performing talent is their organization’s most valued asset. While finding and keeping the best people can be difficult, keeping employees engaged, motivated, and feeling valued, remains among every organization's most pressing challenges. One of the biggest barriers to employees thriving at work is their ability to independently navigate personnel issues.
True Colors believe effective communication is the key to healthy employee relationships. Effective communication requires understanding personal biases, active listening, and tailoring the delivery of messages to each situation. Investing in your organization’s communication skills positively impacts engagement, productivity, turnover, and performance. True Colors teaches entire organizations how to communicate more effectively and how to apply these techniques for maximum impact.

What People Are Saying
“I have seen teams acknowledge each other and understand each other’s differences, (even laugh a little), through the use of True Colors. True Colors takes people away from feeling as if they are being put into a box to truly understand why they function the way they do.”
—Molly H., Washington Mutual Inc.
“We now realize that it is a good thing we are not all just alike. This has been a major influence on our ability to work together to achieve goals and to appreciate what each individual brings to the table. We are stronger and happier as a result. And, as an added bonus, this training has enriched our personal lives.”
— Nikki H., Blue Cross Blue Shield of OK
“True Colors sparks fun and interesting dialogue within a team, inviting a person to develop more understanding of their teammates’ strengths and suggestions for brightening their paler colors.”
